What a day!

Today was a very hectic day for me. Kai!. Ok. My Dad told me to go represent him at a lecture for stock brokers somewhere in Lagos Island. In my mind I thought I was going for a ghen ghen meeting/lecture. Na so I baff up. You know as we girls dey take time dress na with correct make up. As I got to the bus stop to enter CMS bus I saw a sienna car loading instead and I thought to myself the day can't get any better cos I was already imagining entering bus and getting all ruffled before I got to my destination.


When I got to the Sienna car there was one space left which I gladly occupied. When the car started moving I realized I chose the wrong sitting position but I was in a hurry to get to my destination cos time was against me. Choi! If you see the way I sat...half of my bum was on the chair while the other half was hanging on air, I kept on complaining to the driver who paid deaf ears instead he kept insisting on his fare which is N250 which I stubbornly paid N200.

By the time I got to the venue, I was sweating and my makeup had smudged. I was so glad to feel AC cool me off. 20 mins into the lecture I started shivering as in shivering!. The AC was too much. I looked around to know if people felt the same way I felt but they all looked ok. In my mind I was now like how can I complain cold wan finish me when apparently it seems like I am the only one affected.

Na so I try endure am. As soon as they brought refreshment ( I was hungry as well) I ate and snuck out immediately. Abeg I no fit kill myself, say wetin happen?..I started coming back home knowing fully well my dad would ask for highlights from the lecture which I don't have cos I have already schemed the excuse I would give him
